How to Shine Bright, Make Bank, and Stay in the Clubhouse

Hey Ambassador,

 

Welcome to the squad!

You’ve been selected because we know you’re excellent at what you do and we’re thrilled to have you as part of our trusted community of experts.

To help you get the most out of being listed on the Pink Pages (our go-to directory connecting amazing women with amazing professionals), we’ve put together a few friendly guidelines a little code of conduct we ask all our Ambassadors to be across.

These aren’t rules, just reminders to help keep our community experience positive, professional, and powerful for everyone involved.  

Here’s your go-to guide:

 
 

 

1. Show Up & Shine

Being featured on the Ladies Finance Club Ambassadors Page isn’t just a listing, it’s your digital shopfront. Make sure your online presence is strong, up to date, and aligned with your brand. Won an award or hit a big milestone? Let us know! Need something updated? No problem - just reach out to the team and we’ll sort it for you.

2. Respond with Respect

Timely replies build trust. When a referral from LFC lands in your inbox, reply promptly and professionally. Even if it’s not the right fit, always close the loop — and if the client isn’t quite your match, please send them back to us so we can help them find the right fit.

  

3. Win-Win Partnerships

Our referral system works best when everyone wins.

If a lead turns into a client, please process your LFC referral payment promptly and proudly — it keeps our ecosystem thriving and ensures we can continue connecting amazing women with trusted experts like you.

And if you meet a lead through any other LFC touchpoint — whether it’s an event, podcast, blog post, or feature on our socials — please honour that too. Every connection helps grow the community and keeps opportunities flowing for everyone.

Transparency and fairness make great partnerships last.

4. Build Trust, Not Pressure

Our community values genuine connection. When chatting with LFC women, focus on being open, supportive, and helpful — not salesy. The right clients will naturally gravitate toward authenticity, not a pitch. 

5. Represent with Heart

As an Ambassador, you represent the Ladies Finance Club brand — empowering, inclusive, BS-free, and fun. If you ever face a difficult situation or an unpleasant client, please reach out. We’ll always have your back and can step in to help.

 6. Commit to It

Being featured in the Pink Pages isn’t a “set and forget” kinda thing — it’s an active partnership. To stay listed, we ask that you:

âś… Keep your details and offers fresh
âś… Honour the referral structure - it keeps things fair and flowing

We’ve built this platform on trust and connection — so let’s keep that energy high and the vibes good.

7. Keep It Fresh

We regularly review our Ambassadors to make sure everyone on the platform is bringing value, energy, and alignment with our mission to make women rich (in every sense đź’–).

If we notice things slipping — like slow responses, missed payments, or tricky client feedback — we’ll reach out for a chat.
If things don’t improve, we may need to hit pause on your listing. No drama, no shade — just keeping the Pink Pages sparkling and full of legends who show up.
