I help women thrive! Yes! I am an accountant, but first I am a woman and then a property investor and then a business owner. I wear many hats, as all of us women do! I love helping my clients and solving their problems, even if totally unrelated to accounting!
Let’s face it, numbers are not everyone’s cup of tea, and tax well that’s a conversation killer!! But numbers are an inevitable part of life and unavoidable aspect of business and business success. Bond Financial was born to simplify and demystify the world of accounting and tax, so that my clients never feel confused or alone. I don’t think anyone likes being told what to do, I certainly don’t! Which is why my aim is to educate my clients and teach them, rather than tell them what they should or shouldn’t be doing.
Sarah thrives on passing on her knowledge, as well as seeing other people achieve their financial goals and milestones. Passionate about not just fixing or mitigating your issues but helping you to learn how to navigate money and finances, Sarah wants to ensure that one day you can pass on what you know. Like the saying goes, “If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime” (Lao Tsu).

Best life hack: Spend time alone and by yourself. Get to know who you are. See a therapist, travel alone overseas and find out what you like and don’t like. Back yourself and love yourself, then you’re invincible!
Best piece of advice: Learn how to give a firm handshake. It might sound silly, but you have 30 seconds to make a good first impression and who has ever said they like a dead fish handshake? You’ll be surprised how many compliments you’ll receive!

More About Me
I am a huge advocate for women. I have pushed hard for change throughout my professional career for numerous causes and changes. Paid maternity leave programs, accessible financial literacy for women, female representation and inclusion. Even though we have a way to go, it's amazing meeting like minded, strong, passionate women along the way. By raising all women up, we're creating a better world for everyone and i love supporting organizations like LFC doing their part to make that a reality.
I have worked for accounting practices for over 15 years and have always felt a bit different. I saw and envisioned things in a different way to those around me. However, quite often i was the only woman in the room. I've now been running my own accountancy practice since July 2022 and my mission is to simplify and uncomplicate tax and accounting terminology and information so my clients never feel alone or confused. So they can take on the world and win!
When not crunching numbers, Sarah is fulfilling her personal passion of travelling, after spending 5 months abroad in 2022, she has many recommendations of “must see” places and things to do!
