I have owned my own Mortgage Broking Business for 18 years. I started out as a keen property investor and became a finance broker so that I could help other like minded people achieve their goals through property by finding them the right finance and a YES from the banks. 18 yrs. later I have helped thousands of customers achieve their dreams.
One of her biggest thrills is using her experience to walk people through their first ever property purchase, be it their dream home or an investment and provide realistic and empowering finance advice.

Having over 30yrs experience in buying and selling properties and actively building wealth through the ‘three pillars” of investing (Property, Securities and Businesses), gives Kathy the ability to offer a broad range of finance advice. This coupled with her financial services experience and the extensive network she has built, and access to hundreds of loan options enables Kathy to deliver a compelling standard of lending advice to her clients.
Kathy shares her knowledge and experience presenting at podcasts and conferences and is authorised to deal in Residential Finance, Commercial Finance, Business Finance, Asset Finance, Self Managed Super Funds and Development Finance
Kathy holds a Diploma of Financial Planning, a Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking).
Kathy loves the outdoors, especially ocean swimming and golf together with spending quality time with family and friends on the beautiful Sydney Northern beaches.
