Best life hack: I am all about the bulk and batch cooking! As a Mum of three kids (two of which have lots of allergies) being organised and efficient with food is a necessity, not a luxury! The good news is, that it puts time back in my day and is good for the budget and our health too.
Best piece of advice: Be the change you want to see in the world (wisdom borrowed to Mahatma Gandhi).
