I help women save time, stress and money in helping them get approved for a home loan or get a better deal on their existing loans.
Whilst I have worked for Australia's largest bank, I'm now happiest working independently at Coast Home Loans. Working independently means I can give unbiased advice, matchmaking people to which bank/ lender is best for them. I love helping people get into the property for the first time, as well as strategizing for my investor clients on how to best structure their debts.
Location: Central Coast, NSW. But Sydney is just down the road 😊
Favourite drink: Chai latte. It's a hug in a mug. 
Best life hack: I listen to podcasts at double speed. Find a job that you love doing so it doesn't feel like 'work'.
Best piece of advice: "The cure for anything is salt water- tears, sweat or the sea".

In an industry that can often try to bamboozle with too much jargon, Grace is a clear communicator who prides herself on making the experience of getting a home loan stress free and simple for her clients.
Grace Bowe is the Director of Coast Home Loans and absolutely loves being a mortgage broker. Her clients are all over Australia and she loves helping everyone; be it helping her first home buyers purchase a home for the first time, to making sure her investor clients have their debt structured strategically.
She has a Diploma of Mortgage Broking and Finance, and a Bachelor of Commerce with a triple major from the University of Sydney. She's a member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and regularly asked to share her expertise as a mortgage broker as a guest columnist and commentator.
She's also a mum of 3 super cute kids, keen property investor, and this year embarking on a dream reno of her forever home.
