So many of us have our finances firmly in the should category - things we feel we should do as adults, but would avoid if we could. And we've been conditioned to think that way by every large financial institution talking to us like we're numbers not human beings. But what if we could flip the script, and change why we are getting on top of our money stuff? What if we could go from tired, to inspired?

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

An Actuarial Studies survivor at university, Peita’s first adventure in finance over 20 years ago was set in the shark infested waters of Investment Banking. While proving a human can actually work over 100hrs a week, she also learnt the importance of translating the complex for her clients – smarts simply weren’t enough. By anchoring important concepts with storytelling, her clients were able to absorb the intricate concepts & make decisions with confidence.

When Peita moved into Financial Advice this continued to ring true, & culminated in the release of her Finance Action Hero book series in 2014 & 2016. Over time, as she watched client after client struggle with overcoming their own procrastination to improve their financial future, she became focused on the concept of an adventure mindset, and now specialises in breaking people out of the daily grind and money worries, & into a confident life of adventure.
