ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Azaria Bell joined the financial planning industry because she really wanted to help people, particularly women, take control of their financial independence. Insurance is an area Azaria's always been really passionate about, and having taken out personal insurances through an adviser herself at 19, it is fitting that she now do the same! In her time in the industry she's had some amazing opportunities, including running a personal finance podcast, speaking at events, and even winning a couple of industry awards along the way. However, what really drives Azaria's passion is the clients she helps every day, who let's her know that a mental weight has been lifted knowing they are now financially protected from illness or injury.

Kathleen Dean started in Financial Advice fresh out of uni in November 2012. She began working in admin then worked her way up to client services, paraplanning and an Associate Adviser. Kathleen worked in various companies helping retirees, pre-retirees and younger professionals with their superannuation, investments and insurance, so have more than 10 years experience working in all facets of financial advice. She started at Skye Wealth in February 2023 as a Financial Adviser.
