Terms and Conditions

This document sets out the Terms and Conditions that govern the giveaway (“Offer”) of The Ladies Finance Club Podcast run by eToro Group Ltd and Ladies Finance Club.

APPLICABILITY

Information on how to enter and the offer form part of these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

OFFER

The Offer includes US$250 worth of eToro credits (“Prize”) for each winner. Two winners will be selected. The Prize can be used to purchase any products available on the eToro platform.

Individuals who comply with all Terms and Conditions in this document (“Eligible Entrant”) will be notified via email by the Ladies Finance Club.

OFFER PERIOD

The Offer will commence on 1st August 2023 and end on 30th September 2023 at 21.00 AEST (“Offer Period”). 

ELIGIBILITY

The Offer is available to entrants who meet the following criteria:

1. Existing or newly registered account holders of eToro AUS Capital Limited (“eToro”) (ABN 66 612 791 803) during the Offer Period;
2. Complete account verification;
3. Follow @etoro_official and @ladiesfinanceclub on Instagram
4. Must have commented and tagged a friend on the pinned giveaway Instagram post before the competition closes. 
5. Not employed by eToro or any eToro subsidiaries, parent company or a company under common control with eToro (“eToro Affiliates”) or a person involved in any part of the administration and execution of this Offer; and
6. The Offer is available to Australian residents only.

USE OF ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information including Eligible Entrant’s names, addresses and contact numbers will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Offer. This may require disclosure to third parties, including regulatory authorities and agents or third-party service providers for the purposes of conducting the Offer or for promotional and marketing purposes, including on social media (“Purpose”). The Eligible Entrants consent to the use of their personal information for the Purpose.
