Ange is the founder of My Goal Squad and a goal coach who believes that if you can dream it, you can achieve it. Driven by strong values of family, loyalty, integrity and passion, she’s known for her bubbly, positive energy and her ability to motivate everyone around her.

Goals have always given her life purpose, from getting her first bike to running the New York Marathon and building her own business, and she lives by one simple motto: “Do one thing a day toward your goals.”

For more than 10 years, Ange has coached friends, family, employees and colleagues, helping people go from feeling stuck to finding real joy in achieving what matters to them, through structured, intelligent goal setting. Through My Goal Squad, her mission is to inspire and elevate the people around her, one person at a time, and help them build a life they truly love.
